Across the hillsides of haute Provence, this 13th century convent is officially listed as a historical monument and has been restored with the greatest respect for its original design, where contemporary and traditional materials have been carefully matched. This convent is used as a research and training center specializing in participative activities relating to the senses, especially taste and smell, for the general public.
